You will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique abilities and challenges.

Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized IEPs for students with special needs.
Utilize innovative teaching techniques and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning experience for all students.
Assess students' progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction as needed.
Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and understanding.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress and discuss individualized goals.
Stay updated with the latest developments in special education and implement best practices in the classroom.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification in Special Education from the state of South Carolina.
Prior experience working with students with special needs is advantageous.
Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with diverse learners.
