The Maintenance & Reliability Leader reports directly to the Plant Manager and is located in Winnsboro, SC.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for plant-wide facilities, maintenance, and equipment reliability in a 110M pound continuously operating polyester manufacturing facility.
Lead Planning, Stores, Reliability, Mechanical Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance groups.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance efforts to maximize plant uptime and minimize maintenance costs.
Develop and maintain effective lines of communication with the manufacturing areas to insure plant maintenance and reliability support for plant goals.
Maintain good working relationship with all maintenance and manufacturing personnel.
Participate and lead teams and contribute to the success of the teams goals.
Lead planning and work execution for plant turnarounds.
Qualifications:
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance technologies and practices such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, motor testing, infrared analysis, and motor testing.
Ability to work in the plant reacting to problems and improvements/solutions.
Demonstrated track record of successes leading maintenance efforts in a continuously operating manufacturing facility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage departmental spend including budgeting and cost tracking to meet departmental goals.
Highly motivated and high initiative.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive results.
Team player
Experience Required:
BS Degree in Engineering, or other Technical Degree required

years experience with reliability based maintenance
5
years managerial experience in maintenance organization
